14-day satisfaction guarantee

If a Lumyra product is not what you expected, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No detailed justification is required — a short note about why it wasn't the right fit is enough.

How to request a refund

• Email support@lumyra.me from the address used at checkout.
• Include your order number and the product name.
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

After 14 days

After the 14-day window, purchases are considered final. If something is broken, missing or incorrect with your files at any time, contact us and we'll make it right.

Bundles & Lifetime

Bundles and Lifetime purchases follow the same 14-day policy. Refunds cover the full bundle only, not individual volumes within it.
